Special Called Meeting

The Tallapoosa County Commission held a special called meeting November 21, 2005 at the Courthouse in Dadeville, AL at 10:00 a.m. All commissioners were present except District 1 Commissioner, Thomas L. Coley Jr. Tallapoosa Publishers was also present.

Chairman Oliver called the meeting to order and took roll.

Commissioner Shaw gave the invocation.

Chairman Oliver led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Allen made a motion to enter executive session. Commissioner Thweatt seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Commissioner Thweatt made a motion to return to regular session. Commissioner Allen seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Commissioner Thweatt made a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Shaw seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 10:17 a.m.
