Businesses
According to state law, businesses in Tallapoosa County must have a valid up to date state and county license on display in their business.  Businesses found without a county and state business license or those that need to update their license could be given a citation and could be fined up to $1,000. There is also a 15 percent penalty fee for those without licenses.

If you do not have a Business license, you may Click Here to get a Business License Application.   When complete it should be mailed or hand delivered to either of the Probate Offices.   The

Mobile Homes
Mobile Homes in Tallapoosa County  must also have a valid Mobile Home License on Display.
