Patrol
The patrol section is responsible for patrol coverage of all roads within Tallapoosa County. Tallapoosa County has approximately 700 square miles which account for approximately 1000 square miles of roads. The patrol division consists of fourteen (14) full-time deputies and two (2) part-time deputy. This division is also responsible for serving civil papers, courtroom security, prisoner transports, building checks, citizen assists along with other various duties.
