9/30/2003 - Continuation of September 8, 2003 Meeting

Chairman Johnny Allen called the meeting to order.

Commissioner Thweatt made a motion to approve the warrants. Commissioner Coley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Linda Robinson came before the Commission to vacate Lots 44 and 45 of Pebble Beach to be included in Lot 1 of the Cabins on the Green. Commissioner Thweatt made a motion to vacate the lots. Commissioner Coley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Commissioner Thweatt made a motion to approve the 2003-2004 budget. Commissioner Coley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Commissioner Thweatt made a motion to adjourn. Chairman Allen seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
